Unfortunately for Troop 33 their number was the very last one drawn out of the hat, so they ate last.  While they were not very happy about the wait, it wasn't a big problem because there was so much food.  You can see how many beans are left in the two containers in front of Elliot, not to mention the big pot of potatoes.  And this is only half of it, there were two serving lines.
