Then, after a suitable safety briefing, some of the Webelos started cutting up potatoes.  While the knives look big, the Webelos would only cut part way through the potato.  Then when they started running out of room to hold the potato they would set it off to the side for Ted to finish cutting.  You can see the 3 potatoes that they have partially cut already.
