Dessert was banana boats.  Basically you wrap a banana in tin-foil, then put it in the coals for awhile.  When it is suitably hot you take it out and cut it open.  Then you stuff it full of things like chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, or other goodies.  They are quite delicious.
