Dessert that night was Pineapple Upside Down Cake.  This is what happens when your dutch oven is tilted just a little bit.  The cake batter runs to one side leaving the pineapple rings exposed.  Plus that means the batter is thicker one one side, and less likely to cook all the way through before the other side burns.  Oh well, the Scouts still ate it.
