Scouts were having a tough time understanding the scale of the carving, partially because it is so far away from the visitor's center.  It wasn't until Ted pointed out that the vehicle just above and to the right of the hole under the arm was a Suburban, just like his, that Scouts were able to get the scale.  The fact the carving's chin is as big as a Suburban was really impressive.
