1,500 water balloons takes up a LOT of space, and weighs a LOT. It was decided to use a pickup to haul them all to the OA Ring. Here Cpt McLaughlin is putting water in the tubs so that less will pop along the way. A few on the bottom of the tubs had already burst just being moved into the truck.
