Here the lamb strips are ready to be stuffed into a pita with lots of other goodies.

Not long after this we all went out onto the ice and watched the space station go over. It was a great viewing. :-)

Unfortunately we didn’t know that later on that night there was spectacular Northern Lights visible, but we were already in for the evening. :-(
