Friday night on the drive up we had slight problem.  Paul's van threw a serpentine belt, and it took us a little while to transfer the gear and scouts from his van to the other vehicles beside the interstate.  He ended up spending a night in a motel in Duluth.  We didn't get up to Camp Horace till around 10pm, and most of the Scouts didn't get to sleep till well after 11pm.
