We had two Scouts who hadn't passed their swim test, and as a result weren't allowed to go rafting with us.  To make sure that they didn't feel left out Brett volunteered to take them horseback riding instead.  When the rest of the Scouts got back there were a few who were bummed because they would have rather gone horseback riding instead.
