Because we had already sent one of the mini-vans back to camp we didn't have enough seatbelts for everyone at Apgar.  So when the first group's 15 passenger van headed back to camp to drop them off, then head towards Whitefish to pick up those Scouts, we had to leave a few guys behind at Apgar.
