The bike rental company had asked us to come up with a list of "bike buddies".  Each Scout in the first group was assigned a Scout in the 2nd group that they were the same hieght as.  That way when the first Scout was done he could just hand off his bike to another Scout in the 2nd group who was the same height, and therefor the bike would already be adjusted for him.

While that was a great idea it didn't take into account all the bikers still back on the slope, and how some Scouts in the 2nd group who already had bikes wanted to ride with other Scouts who were still waiting for their bike to arrive.
