Wednesday morning broke with no rain falling, but much rain had fallen overnight.  Many of the Scouts had wet sleeping bags, and one group of Scouts had asked Ted if he had any extra stuff he could share.  Here he gives out his Army poncho liner, (which is a VERY nice blanket).
