Hmmm, butter on a stick :-).  Bill is evidently deciding whether or not to eat some of the left over butter from the making of the cinammon rolls.  It had been melted the night before and the left overs put in a cup to harden.   Several of the Scouts wanted to eat/lick it, but the adults told them no.
