We also were reminded that not every "Rest Area" in Iowa has bathrooms. We had to drive on the the next "Modern Rest Area", (I guess modern=bathrooms). We stopped at the Iowa Welcome Center to let the Scouts run around and burn some energy. The wind was blowing pretty hard from the south at around 40+mph.
