After a bit of brainstorming, we effected a repair using a pin from Javier’s backpack and (you guessed it) duct tape. We then christened the trek, “Cordelia’s McGyver Trip”, after the 80’s TV character who could de-fuse a nuclear weapon and save humanity using only ballpoint pen and a paper clip.
