This isn't something that you will see very often. After cooking on a regular fire for a couple hours we brought the turkey in to cut up. Even though we had taken the temperature using a meat thermoment in several places, as soon as we started to cut it up we realized it wasn't quite done so we threw the dutch ovens on the stove to cook them a little longer.
