Patrick tried something novel. He wrapped his burger with a tortilla, filled it with cheese, and then wrapped tin foil around it and stuck it in the coals. While the tortilla is burned pretty black, the hamburger inside wasn't burned. The cheese that was inside the tortilla cooked into the burger perfectly.
