The winning entry was the "barbacoa". After slow cooking for 6 hours the meat was VERY tender and juicy. The Scorpions were penalized slightly however for the noxious drink they jokingly served with it. They were lucky the main course was good enough to overcome the bad taste the drink left in the judge's mouths (literally).
