Once the lug nuts on all 4 tires were taken off it was time to rotate the tires. The front drivers side tire went to the back on the passenger side. Tires wear unevenly on trailers like this, and by rotating their position on the trailer, (as opposed to just rotating round and round), you can extend the life of the tires.
