We had gotten water on the stoves for breakfast when we made an interesting discovery. The building had heated floors, and the sink's hot water appeared to be a direct take off from that. The water coming out of the faucet was VERY hot. According to a thermometer in the closet with the floor heating system it was 180 degrees. Hot enough where we didn't need to heat it up for dishes. The only problem was if you left a pot in a sink full of hot water you couldn't touch the pot with your bare hands.
