This was our longest day of canoeing. We had left the last campground before 9am, and didn't get to this one until 7:30pm. The Scouts were HUNGRY when we arrived, so while they were setting up tents the adults got all the chili started in a couple big pots on the stoves. No one wanted to waste time starting a fire to cook dinner.
