At the start of the tour, the guide asked for a volunteer to be the last person in line. That way she would know when the whole group had arrived in a 'room'. Ted volunteered. When she asked for his name he said "Ted". She replied, "Ok, thanks Tam". From that point on she never said the correct name. She called Ted, Tim, Tam, Tom, but never once Ted. The Scouts thought this was very amusing, and tried to correct her, but she never got it right.
